Free sports physicals for TPS students at Aug. 21 event
Tacoma Public Schools students can get free physicals this summer provided by Madigan Army Hospital.
When: Wednesday, Aug. 21, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Who: All TPS middle and high school students
Where: Silas High School, 1202 N. Orchard St., Tacoma; check in at main office
What to expect: Services are first-come, first-served. You might have to wait in line inside and/or outside.
How to prepare:
- Please complete this online form beforehand. Paper copies will be available at the event.
- We recommend but don’t require that parents/guardians attend with their child. Students can receive a physical without a parent/guardian present by filling out and bringing a signed copy of the consent form.
- If your child normally wears any type of corrective lenses, they should wear or bring them.
